1. About Reiten Trygg Prat

These Terms & Conditions apply to all conversation support services provided by Reiten Trygg Prat (Org. No. 935 504 716).

All services are delivered digitally through an agreed communication platform (phone, chat, or video call) at the time of booking.

Reiten Trygg Prat offers supportive conversations and listening services. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counselling.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

Payment is made at the time of booking through secure payment methods such as card payment, Vipps, Stripe, or bank transfer.

An appointment is only confirmed after successful payment.

3. Delivery of Service

The service is delivered at the exact date and time selected during booking.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS with all necessary details.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Because this is a time-specific digital service, the right of withdrawal applies until 24 hours before the scheduled session.

After this time, the service is considered reserved and the payment becomes non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before → non-refundable

  • No-show → full price charged

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are automatically returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Manage and deliver booked sessions

  • Send confirmations and essential communication

  • Process payments

  • Improve our services

5. Storage and Deletion

We store personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

  • We do not keep conversation notes

  • Contact details are deleted when no longer needed

6. Sharing of Information

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

  • Payment providers (Vipps, Stripe, etc.)

  • Technical providers hosting the website

These parties process data only on our behalf under strict agreements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccurate information
